  Bad motor starter box??
  think it needs new capacitor/relay starter with switch.Box not available anymore. Will have to sub newer switch??Think motor is okay, motor just idles and wont come up to full speed.

  changing blade and there is not sufficient thread on spindle, does it need a flange or washer
