Member Discussion on Sears 200.71224 Battery Charger

No lights on indicator.

I am crarging a car battery that was new a couple of months ago but has no charge because it has been sitting in the 89 Jeep since I installed it. I have not ran the jeep since it was installed so I guess the battery ran dead. I used y charger to charge it up and selected type II 15 amp and the first amber light began blinking for a while and now all the charge status lights are off, like it's not indicating the level of charge at all (no red, or amber lights on at all). Is the battery chargeing? Manual says if the 1st amber light is blinking, which it was initailly, the battery is sulfated, what does that mean?
PS I use the charger all the time for my marine battery for my trolling motor. so it works OK.
