Air Compressor

Von-Air electric air compressor VA3016T

I have a 3 hp electric air compressor that needs to run on a 20 amp circuit breaker and it will run and cut-in air to the tanks but when you used the air and it gets down to the point to cut-in air again the breaker will trip on the electric motor on the air compressor. What is the problem with the motor on the air compressors. I think the cut-in and cut-out needs to be reset or adjusted to specs on the air compressors. I don't have an owners manual on this Taiwan air compressor and it an Von-air air compressors. Your help is very much appreciated.
