cant find replacement bulb what do you suggest. thank you

    Ryobi recommends the P/N: 780175002 replacement bulb. Good luck. You may have a couple of birthdays before you find one. Lowes carries a pack of two 18V bayonet type bulbs for about $3.25 that work OK. My local Ace hardware has perfect substitute bulbs for $1.89 each

    I called ryobi's support and they said you can ONLY get the bulb by ordering through them...

    There seem to be many alternatives available... you'd think a place that sells the tools would carry a damn consummable part like bulbs for their equipment.
