Associated Equipment Battery Charger 6080A

associated battery charger will not cut on

my charger has worked fine. i charge 8 batterys at a time in my car, for hydrolic set up. i think someone tried to just charge 1 battery and may have blown the circuit. i have not located my owners manual yet can i replace a fuse or somthing. i tried to hit reset button but it does not push down very far, and does not reset. can it be fixed. thank you.
