Northern Industrial Tools Air Compressor 1 HP / 1.6 GALLON AIR COMPRESSOR

Oil breather cap

My compressor came with a red plastic plug in the breather cap hole, but no separate breather cap. The manual shows a metal breather cap. Was this omitted from the container, or is the plug sufficient.
