replacing blade

I have lost my owners manual, and I have not used the saw for many years. I need to replace the blade so that my son can use the saw for architect school.

    mine has a level on top that you push down and it will release saw blade
    i had to spray wd 40 as it also sit is spring loaded so push down hard
    at a long time
