Band Saw removal

Just purchased this 12 inch band saw and cannot change the blade. I have loosened the blade tension knob all the way and the blade has not slackened for removal.

Fixed it!!!

With the help of a rubber hammer and a wooden dowl I was able to force down the large wheel that turns the blade. I took the drive wheel off and oiled everything real good. Now it works.
