    Troubleshooting

    During drilling, the drill shut off. Thought battery needed charged, but after charging, drill will still not work. Left/right switch is also stuck in reverse position and when pushed to other direction, the trigger will not move. I am looking for some type of manual that lists troubleshooting suggestions. The one that came with the drill does not give any information other thatn how to operate the drill.

      the drill is junk .can not find parts for my drill.iam very unhappy . you should not be aload to sell JUNK .

      I also bought a dual drill, masterfield, and it wont charge. I contacted the website from the box and now they are telling me they don't sell that model and cant tell me where they service the old ones. In the book it says to take it to any authorized service centre but list NONE! Any help out there?
