pressure

there are two meters one big (r side) and one small (L side). The max pressure is 125psi, my compressor reads 120PSI for the left meter and for the right less than 120psi. I'm trying to us the Bostitch floor nailer which uses a 2" staples and the compresors psi is little low and I need to bring it up to 120psi or max of 125psi. I don't have the manual for the compressor and don't know how to increase the psi. Can someone help>>
