SHOULD THE MACHINE REQUIRE TRANSPORTING TO A
REPAIR AGENT, ENSURE IT IS WELL PROTECTED AGAINST
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
Power acble faulty.
No power source.
Fuse blown.
Circuit breaker open.
Motor thermal overload faulty.
Pressure switch faulty.
Pressure switch failure/
motor overload
Loose connections.
Safety valve leaking.
Faulty pressure regulation
valve.
Bearing failure.
Broken inlet valve(s).
Kinked hose.
Connections leaking.
Intake filter dirty.
Belt too loose/tight.
Pulley and flywheel
misaligned.
Caused by humidity.
Move to an area of
less humidity.
Drain condensate.
Defective pressure
switch.
Compressor will not start.
Thermal overload trips.
Sudden loss of pressure when compressor
shuts off.
Noisy operation (knocking).
Air blowing from inlet
Low air output.
Excessive belt wear (where fitted).
Moisture in air output
Compressor runs continuously.
