POLISHING ACCESSORIES: PART # 414, 429
• Use to polish most metals and plastics.
• When polishing precious metals (gold and silver), use
the felt accessories and polishing compound (jewelers
rouge) with a very light touch.
CUT-OFF WHEELS: PART #409, 426
Read and understand tool manual. Wear
eye and respiratory protection. Always grip tool firmly
with both hands. Kickback can occur at any time caus-
ing loss of control and injury.
• Use to cut or slot bolts, screws, wire closet organizers,
metal, thin wood and plastic.
• Cut-off wheels cut only along the edge. Use gentle pres-
sure and hold the rotary tool with both hands to maintain
alignment.
• Cut-off wheels are brittle. Do not attempt to sand or cut
curved holes with them.
BRISTLE BRUSH: PART # 403
Read and understand tool manual. Wear
eye and respiratory protection. Allow brushes to run at
15,000/rpm for one minute before use. Brush with tips
and apply only light pressure in use. Do not stand in
front of or in line with brush.
• Do not use wire brushes at speeds greater than
15,000/rpm.
• Small, versatile brushes efficiently remove rust and cor-
rosion, and polish metal surfaces.
• Use bristle brushes for cleaning and polishing silverware,
jewelry and metal surfaces.
SANDING ACCESSORIES: PART #407, 408, 432
• Ideal for shaping and smoothing wood and fiberglass.
• Start with coarse bands/disks and finish with finer grits.
• Most effective when using a light touch.
HIGH SPEED CUTTER: PART #194
• Use for shaping and hollowing most soft metals, plastics
and woods.
• Cutting is done with the sides of the cutter. The point or
tip of the cutter cuts poorly and chatters.
ALUMINUM OXIDE GRINDING STONE: PART # 952
• Excellent for removing flashing from metal castings,
smoothing welded joints, grinding off rivets and for any
job that requires grinding. Also great for rust removal and
deburring.
SILICON CARBIDE GRINDING STONES:
PART # 84922, 85422
• These stones are designed to work well on hard materi-
als such as stone, glass, ceramics and hardened mate-
rials.

plastique.
• Les fraises circulaires coupent seulement le long des
bords. Appuyez légèrement et tenez l'outil rotatif des
deux mains pour maintenir l'alignement.
• Les fraises circulaires sont cassantes. N'essayez pas de
poncer ou de tailler des trous incurvés avec ces fraises.

Lisez et comprenez le contenu du

respiratoires. Laissez tourner les brosses à 15 000
tr/min pendant une minute avant usage. Brossez avec
les extrémités et n'appuyez que très légèrement. Ne
vous tenez pas devant ou dans l'axe de la brosse.
• N'utilisez pas les brosses métalliques à plus de 15 000
tr/min.
• Les petites brosses polyvalentes éliminent efficacement la
rouille et la corrosion et font briller les surfaces métalliques.
