i have a acer aspire 5610z it always say's 7% b...

i have a acer aspire 5610z it always say's 7% battery life so i plug my ac cord in to charge .it say's charging but a few min later it say's full charged 100% i unplug and few min later battery go's back to 7 % help please it's like new thanks
