Question About Black & Decker Air Compressor VEC012CBD
won't jump start car...

My B&D Start it is less than a year old. It is fully charged and runs the compressor very well; However it would not jump start two different vehicles. It used to work. I noticed that when it was working I would get a slight spark when connecting its cables to the battery needing the charge. Now there is no such spark.
