Question About Black & Decker Battery Charger VEC026BD
need owner's manual...

Black and Decker Electromate 400 jump starter and battery charger I need the owner's manual. Bought from e-bay and it didn't come with one. While charging battery for 24 hours, green light continues to blink. Is it done charging ?

1 Mine does the same thing. The manual says it is fully charged when two red and one green LEDs are lit. It doesn't say blinking. I just pluged it in and it is blinking green I guess it will be that way all night. crap. LOL
