I plugged the recharge r to recharge the drill ands after an houar and a half the rpms were good enough to drill thru drywall but not thru plywood. I noticed the transformer was beginning to get hot. with a slight smell of burnt plastic. Is it the transformer or the battery cannot hold a charge. How many hours should I have charged the drill? What is the problem. Thank you
