1 You push a button to release the battery pack off the bottom of the drill, and then slide that so it snaps into the charger station. The battery is removable :)

0 Wrong. The Versapak version has a removable battery. The PD700G is a 6V version. The 9V AC 100mA charger plugs directly into jack on the handle that is only visable IF the screwdriver is in the fully straight position.
