Where is the lock swtich...

Can't find the lock swtich to lock it in place while installing a new bit.

4 It uses the 2 wrenches. One holds the motor shaft (9mm) the other end turns the collet (17mm)

0 the part number for the wrenches is 135702-01 and the cost is 3.74 each
