Question About Black & Decker Sander 7451
changing belt...

the lever on the side will not move. I think it is for changing the belt but not sure.

5 Yes, that is to change the belt. Mine was stuck and I sprayed a little WD40 in the small hole underneath that goes to the rod. This should free it up.
