Question About Black & Decker Sander U-140
I cant seem to get the sandpaper on this thing No manuals...

I can’t seem to get the sandpaper on this thing. No manuals have been properly uploaded here and no videos currently exist. I wouldn’t ask if I wasn’t desperate.
