need instructions or a visual on how to put some sand paper on a Black and Decker 7410 finishing sander and where if possible to get replacement parts for the rubber portion the sand paper rests on.

3 You can get a replacement pad directly from Black & Decker. Go to their official website. It's catalog part number 91675-00.
