Question About Black & Decker Sander MS500K
Owners Manual...

I have lost mine. 1. Is there a way to download another manual? 2. I need to change the bease as the pads no longer stick. When I took off the bottom screws the base would not dislodge to enable me to change the base. Please help!!!
