How do you replace torsion spring on Black and Dec...

How do you replace torsion spring on Black and Decker Resprocating. Saw(RS500) I know the hooked end goes into the slider. Where in the world does the other end hook to?? The manuals just show the parts, but not how they connect.Thanks.
