Question About Black & Decker Staple Gun 5700
have powershot 5700 stapler that has no tension on...

have powershot 5700 stapler that has no tension on the plunger therefore it doesn't keep the staples in the end so I can use it, how do I fix it or do I have to get another one, is there any kind of warranty on these? thanks
