I have the dual tank FP209501 110psi, 7,6 bar,758k...

I have the dual tank FP209501 110psi, 7,6 bar,758kps air compressor and it will not start. I thought there was a reset button but I cannot locate it. Do I need to release the condensation in the tank? If so how often? Thanks for any help you can give me.
