I have two batteries (not third party) for my Canon EOS 1 DS. Neither of them will charge. I'm using the NC-E2 charger. I've tried refreshing them, charging them individually...you name it and I've tried it. The lights blink appropriately but they wont charge. One of the batteries is new, came fully charged and cannot be recharged. Is this charger know to fail like this?
