bought a 21 gal vertical central pneumatic air compressor at a yard cell. I found later that I'm missing a part from the cylinder; there's just a threaded hole there that's blowing hot air. The tank is not holding any air absolutely no pressure at all. I'm told that the missing part is an air filter but is my understanding that a filter -of any sort- suck in air, not blob out. ant suggestions?
