06 Chevy Silverado wont crank no corrosion on the battery...

06 Chevy Silverado won't crank no corrosion on the battery terminals I jump the truck off it cranked when I pulled the jumper cables off it died. I'm wondering if I can said discharger on hundred amp and how long can I charge this battery for on 100 amp setting
