Question About Century Battery Charger 141-291-001
Manual for Battery Cnarger...

I have borrowed this charger from a friend but he does not have any instructions with it. I need to know why the needle goes from left to right after it is connected to a 6V battery. Yes, I do have it set to 6V 10A. Please Help???
