5 I have not been able to find the manual for the 3HP Router but I did find one for the 2-1/2 HP Router here http://manuals.harborfreight.com/manuals/37000-37999/37793.pdf . You may have already found this also since I saw your search in a couple of other places. If you can supply more information on the Router such as model number, serial number, age, etc I might have better luck.
