I bought this arc welder new from Harbor Frieght a few years ago, and have never hooked it up. It works on 115V or 230V AC. There are four wires to hook up for power and I lost my manual. Green, I know goes to ground, then I also have a red, brown and blue wire. For a 115V AC hook up, which color would be the hot and which color would be the neutral? Thank you..
