0 Note this is a AC welder, hence you cannot weld aluminum with it, even if the rated amperage for the electrode is within range of this welder. But it does work with 115v or 230v if the plug is wired correctly. Manual does clearly show how to wire for either. Final note... as the amperage adjustment is mechanical vs step, fine tuning the amp output for conditions within range (30-120 amps) works well. I found this manual. 98870.pdf
