Question About Chicago Electric Welder Arc Welder 120 Model 4038
Wire Colors...

I got this welder from a friend. The color of the wires on the cord are Brown, Black, Blue and Green/Yellow. The colors according to the manual should be Green, White, Black and Red. Did some one change this cord?

0 nope ! harbor freight did the blue is the neutral for 120 volt operation
