hello everyone, my older model # 919 16212 craftsman air compressor only runs to 25/30 psi, then begins to sputter on and off. also, i cannot figure out how to take apart the plastic housing to the motor. i got the two bottom screws out but whatever is holding it together in the top three holes seem to look more like rivets than anything. i tried bleeding the tank, which lead to some dirty water draining out but did not fix the issue. any ideas or help would be great. thanks!
