I have a Sears Craftsman/Honda GCV 160/580.75210 c...

I have a Sears Craftsman/Honda GCV 160/580.75210 compressor 2600 PSI 2.3 Max GPM. The compressor will NOT draw the cleaning fluid out of the bottle. Please!! let me know what the problem is and how I can fix this. I've noticed that One (1) other person has had this problem.
