I've inherited a Craftsman 3.5 hp/15 gal. air compressor model 919.176432, made in 1995. It hasn't been used in 10-12 years. The tank was so blocked with rusty debris that I had to remove the drain **** and push through gunk to form a hole to get it to drain. I got out 2-3 cups of very rusty water and oil. My question: is this tank safe or is it likely to blow up when I run the compressor to around 100 lbs? Is there any service which can test the tank for me? Thank you, David
