Question About Craftsman Battery Charger 1425301

1.schematic for craftsman charger 1425301. 2.the component. I'm loking for(it burn with the fuse) is a varistor. Would be great to get the exact value so that I can replace it. Thanks for your help. 3.how i can to make it work on 220v istad of 110v that it come in?
