When attempting to charge the batteries for the above mentioned, Both the yellow and green indicator lights come on. the notation to the side of the charger states "Yellow and Green indicates soft start or defective battery" SEE OWNERS MANUAL for complete instructions. As this tool was given to me by a friend, I do not have the manual nor does he. Please assist with the following: 1) Can I still get a manual for this tool? and 2) what is a "soft start"?
