Question About Craftsman Sander 351.217570
Bad Capacitor...

the capacitor on my belt sander was bad outta the box... havnt had time to take it in was wondering if i could just replace it. only problem is the cap. has melted it sheathing with all the info. i need the specs to get a rplacement figured they would be in the manual or you could help me out
