Craftsman belt/disc sander model 113.226431 was given to me. Not knowing history, I powered unit up, to check to see it work. Motor turned belts at high rpm then began to slow down. Turned unit off, then back on several more times with the same results. Last time unit powered up, motor just hummed, nothing moving.
