0 One of the pulleys will slide toward the center and click in place. Position one of the pulleys on a bench, push toward the center of the machine on the opposite pulley. Slide the new belt over the pulleys, then using a screw driver as a lever, push the bracket for the pulley back to its working position. Running, the belt will track left or right. Adjustment knob on the side of the sander will slightly **** the pulleys. Running, twist the knob one way or the other and the sandpaper will track properly.
