Question About Craftsman Sander 315.11701
Old Craftsman 3-in belt sander...

Can't get the roller to disengage to change belts - screwdriver tension slot was the way to do it but it doesn't work and now I'm beginning to think there's another way but not sure. Manual might give me a clue or maybe the thing is just too old to work!!
