Question About Craftsman Saw 137.218041
Saw Blade Adjustment...

I am trying to adjust the blade on my CraftsmanTable Saw to be parallel to the miter gauge groove. Page 15 of the manual says to slightly loosen the two middle and two rear blade alignment rod strap bolts using a 10 mm hex wrench. No matter how hard I try I cannot loosen the hex nuts. Doers anyone have a suggestion on how to proceed?
