when i squeeze the trigger switch nothing happens ...

when i squeeze the trigger switch nothing happens i replaced the switch still nothing happens i checked the power and i have power to the switch

0 THE BRUSHES LOOK GOOD AND WHEN I BYPASSED THE SWITCH I GOT THE MOTOR TO JUMP IS THE NEW SWITCH BAD ?
