My wire welder wont feed wire What are some possible...

My wire welder won't feed wire. What are some possible issues that could cause this? And should the fan be cutting on & off?

0 ok it seems to post now. a few things to try. open the cover door, on the inside there should be a reset switch, or the wire is fused to the tip, or the fuse for the drive motor is burned, or is there wire on the spool to feed, or the gun liner was cut to short when replaced and you'll have to take the contact tip off and feed wire out then put the tip back on. good luck.
