I have a Delta Planer Model 22-580. I have dismantled it to clean and lubrifry. I do this at lease once or twice a year, depending on the volume of wood I passe through the planer. My problem is that when I set the depth knob, I can't move the knives, up or down, Up, pass the setting, I understand, but down??? Help? JL
