I am having difficulty raising and lowering the cutting assembly on my 22-580. It looks as if it it is not sitting horizontally across the cutting surface. One side will move somewhat but the other side seems like it is locked in one position. If I try and pry it with little force, it will move but I'm not comfortable doing this. Please help....
