Question About Delta Planer 22-560
why does my 22-560 Delta planer plug up with chips...

why does my 22-560 Delta planer plug up with chips, evev with the dust colletor dis-connected. It shoud blow chips high in the air and all over the floor, instead it plugs and wants to throw chips out the feed side, any suggestions.
