I have a Delta 10" Bench Saw and need either a Repair or Owner's Manual, preferably Both, and all I can find on the Porter/Delta Web site is an owner's manual in FRENCH...I am an AMERICAN and need an ENGLISH Manual. I need to repair the switch for this saw because it appears that the previous owner wired it directly to "on only" status. Please help. Brad , Thank you
