I HAVE AN OLDER DELTA 40-530 MODEL SCROLL SAW. I NEED TO REPLACE THE BLADE AND FOUND THE QUICK RELEASE ON THE TOP BUT CANNOT FIND A SIMILAR RELEASE FEATURE WHERE THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADE ATTACHES. I DO SEE AN ALLEN SCREW HOLDING WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE BOTTOM CLAMP TOGETHER BUT THE SCREW WON'T BUDGE, ASSUMING THIS IS WHERE THE BLADE ATTACHES.
